Team Scavenger Hunt Steps Challenge
Team up with colleagues (and spouses/domestic partners) as you step your way to well-being and find weekly scavenger hunt items, May 2 – 29. Log in to the Canada Well-Being platform online or through the Sprout at Work app and go to Explore to sign up and join a team. If you haven’t already registered on the platform, you’ll need to register first.
Step Tracking Activity
Track your steps on the Canada Well-Being platform throughout the year and earn points to unlock badges and receive gift card rewards. You can find the steps-tracking activity under the Move category, online or through the Sprout at Work app and go to Explore to sign up and join a team. If you haven’t already registered on the platform, you’ll need to register first.
Sync up for automatic steps tracking
Sync your personal steps tracking device and watch your daily steps add up — automatically!
Compatible devices and apps include Fitbit, Garmin, Strava, Apple Health and Google Fit. Connecting your Sprout account with an app or device, will allow you to automatically sync your device activity to Sprout. Be sure to select only one device or app to prevent duplicate tracking in your activity log.

Climb the Mountain of the Month
Increase your monthly steps count gradually over time in the Mountain of the Month Challenge.
