- The GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all employees globally and provides access to a wealth of helpful resources for everyone, including many pertinent to women’s health and personal issues. - Make your well-being a top priority with our Canada Well-Being program and our Global Well-Being program.
- Use myStrength, a clinically-based Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) program to help you build resilience, improve your sleep, manage your health and cope with your emotions.
