Regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work at least 20 hours per workweek participate in the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program, unless precluded by a CBA or a Site Contract. All temporary and on-call employees are covered by vacation and sick leave policies.
Under AECOM’s FTO policy, you decide when and how much paid time off to take (no maximum), as long as you are on track to meet your performance goals and have your manager’s approval.
FTO replaces sick time and vacation but is distinct from other AECOM leaves. FTO can be used to satisfy the elimination period for short-term disability (STD) leave.
