AECOM Canada employees taking a proud well-being moment. Submitted by Nico Valenton, Transportation EIT, Richmond Hill, Ontario.
At AECOM, we are steadfast in our commitment to your health, well-being and safety. Our benefits programs and resources are designed with you and your family in mind, ensuring everyone has the freedom to grow and thrive in their personal and professional lives. With this commitment in mind, and as part of our annual review to determine the best offerings for our employees, we’re taking a fresh look at our approach.
To streamline and enhance the efficiency of our well-being initiatives, we are shifting away from our regional Canada and U.S. Well-Being programs. Instead, we’ll focus on promoting well-being resources available through other benefits and programs. This change allows us to better allocate resources and ensure that we continue to provide you with valuable well-being resources that support you and your family.
What’s changing
Our relationship with the Sprout well-being platform will end on September 30. You can continue to track well-being activities to earn points — and then redeem your points for gift card rewards — through September 30. After that date, you will no longer have access to your Sprout account, and you won’t be able to redeem your points. To receive your gift cards, you must redeem all the points you’ve earned in your Sprout account by September 30.
As we look at providing you with well-being opportunities moving forward, we’ll focus on sharing resources that are available through our benefits partners and we’ll continue to evaluate new ways to offer valuable resources and support.
Will I continue to have access to my Sprout account?
You can continue to access your Sprout account through September 30. After that date, you won’t have access to Sprout.
Will I be able to earn well-being rewards in the future?
While we’ll continue to promote well-being resources and opportunities to help you and your family be well and thrive, there are no plans for gift card or other financial rewards for you to earn in the future.
What other well-being resources continue to be available?
You and your loved ones can continue to access the following well-being resources:
- If you are enrolled in an AECOM Sun Life health care plan, your coverage includes well-being resources and programs, such as telehealth, expert medical advice and second opinions, and a wealth of information on a variety of health topics.
- In addition to mental health counseling, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides resources and support for stress, family and relationship issues, issues related to fertility and reproduction, adoption, caregiving and much more.
- Additional mental health support is available through the on-demand mental health support platform through ComPsych in partnership with Koa Care 360.
- You have access to our network of Mental Health Allies, specially trained AECOM employees who will listen to your needs, provide support and connect you to helpful resources.
- Gym/fitness and well-being discounts through the Canada Fitness Discounts Program, in partnership with GoodLife Fitness.
- To help you build and protect your financial well-being, we offer resources through Sun Life including free access to Sun Life advisors and the Money for Life Retirement Journey tool.
