5-Second Gratitude Challenge
Gratitude lessens stress, anxiety and depression. In June, develop a stronger attitude of gratitude — and give your mental health a boost — in the 5-Second Gratitude Challenge. Each day for seven days starting June 13, take a few seconds to reflect on something you’re grateful for through “virtual” gratitude journaling. Each day, you’ll see a new post with a gratitude prompt on the Sprout platform. Respond to the prompt in the comment section of each post.Complete the challenge by tracking one action of “journaling” every day.
Climb the Mountain of the Month
Throughout 2022, we challenge you to climb a mountain every month — in spirt, of course, by stepping your way to the summit. Each month you’ll need to take a few more daily steps more than you did the last month. Log in to the Canada Well-Being platform and find the Mountain of the Month challenge under the Explore tab. Click Join to get started each month.
The Step Challenge was a tremendous success!
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Team Scavenger Hunt Step Challenge in May. Many steps were stepped, much fun was had and all scavenger hunt items were found! Visit the Sprout platform to see the many amazing photos submitted throughout the challenge.
