- Your Canada benefits will end on the date of your transfer.
- Once they are notified of your transfer date, the AECOM Benefits Service Centre and Sun Life will send you information about your coverage and account options. You will also receive separate communications (from AECOM and/or vendor partners) about any new benefits available to you after you transfer.
- You and family members living with you can continue to use the GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as that benefit is available globally.
- Your accrued service will transfer with you for vesting purposes as well as paid time off.
- You may be able to continue your health care coverage through an individual policy with Sun Life. Call Sun Life at 866.896.6976 for details.
- You may be able to continue your life insurance through an individual policy through Sun Life. Call Sun Life at 833.411.5520 for details.
- In the Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) your contributions (and AECOM’s contributions, if applicable) stop when your Canada paycheques stop.
