- Your benefits generally will end on the date you leave AECOM (refer to the date in your termination letter/confirmation).
- Once they are notified of your termination date, the AECOM Benefits Service Centre and Sun Life will send you information about your coverage and account options.

- You may be able to continue your life insurance through an individual policy through Sun Life. Call Sun Life at 833.411.5520 for details.
- In the Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) your contributions (and AECOM’s contributions, if applicable) stop when your paycheques stop.
- In the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), your contributions will stop when your paycheques stop. For your account options, call Merrill at 877.637.4226.
- You and family members living with you can continue to use the GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for up to 90 days after you leave AECOM.
- If your address and/or phone number has changed, update your personal information so you can continue to receive important benefits information.
