- You will continue to be eligible for the Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) and GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- If you work at least 20 or more hours a week on average, your health care coverage, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, spending accounts and critical illness benefits will continue. If you work less than 20 hours a week on average, those benefits will end on your status change effective date. - You will no longer be eligible to participate in the ESPP. If you are participating in the current ESPP offering period and are in a part-time variable/casual or temporary status prior to the end of the offering period, you will be issued a refund of your accumulated contributions for that offering period. Log in to your Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP account) to adjust your contribution rate.
