- Watch for your health and insurance enrolment notification, which will be e-mailed to you from the AECOM Benefits Service Centre approximately two weeks after your hire date. It will explain how to elect your benefits.
- Make your benefit elections within 31 days of your hire date (or benefits eligibility date) through AECOMBenefitsOnline.com. Select First Time User and follow the prompts to register if you haven’t already. Once you have registered your account, you can access the site through Okta single sign on (SSO).
- Watch for your retirement benefits notification, which will be e-mailed to you from Sun Life approximately two weeks after your date of hire.
- If you’d like to save for the future, start contributing to the Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Your payroll contributions for the DCPP, RRSP and TFSA will start the pay week following the date you elect to start contributing. AECOM’s contributions to your DCPP account will begin automatically (after a 6-month waiting period for on-call, temporary and regular part-time employees working 20 or more hours a week on average).
- Register for the GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP) now, so you’ll have it set up and ready to go when you need it.
- Download helpful benefits apps.
- Provide your beneficiary information.
- Understand all the free benefits available to you.
