- Download the Sun Life app and other carrier apps, for on-the-go access to your coverage details. You may need to set up your online carrier account before you set up your carrier app.
- Review/update your beneficiary designations if you haven’t recently.
- If you need to make changes during the year, keep the following in mind:
- You can change your health and disability benefits choices during the year within 31 days of a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, birth, adoption).
- You can update your optional insurance elections at any time during the year.
