2025 Benefits Open Enrolment is November 4–22, 2024.
It’s time to review your benefits and update your elections, to make sure you and your family have the coverage you need to be well and thrive next year.
Your benefits and costs for next year
All of the current Canada benefits will be available again next year, with all the same plan designs.
For medical coverage, AECOM will continue to provide Module A at no cost to you. For Modules B and C, the biweekly contribution amounts are increasing after being held flat for the last six years.
For other benefits:
- AECOM will continue to pay the full cost for your Basic Life and AD&D insurance.
- Your costs for Short-Term Disability (STD) coverage are decreasing for the third year in a row.
- Your costs for all other benefits remain the same.
Your enrolment checklist
- Understand your 2025 benefits by reviewing the 2025 Benefits Guide and FAQs.
- Starting November 4 and by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 22, access the AECOM Benefits Service Centre enrolment website to update your benefit elections and direct your spending account allocation for 2025. You can access the website in two different ways:
- Through Okta single sign on (if you already have an AECOM Benefits Service Centre account).
- At AECOMBenefitsOnline.com, using your Access ID and password that you have used to previously register on the site (or you can register your account if you haven’t already).
- You can find your Access ID on your Sun Life health card.
- Your Access ID is your Workday ID, which you can also find by logging on to Ecosystem (My Links/Apps drop down menu > Workday link > Profile page). If you still need help finding your Access ID after following these steps, submit a ticket via the Employee Centre (link on the Ecosystem main page).
- Review and update your beneficiary designations. While you can designate your beneficiaries anytime, this is a good time to check to make sure that information is up to date. For life and AD&D insurance, you can review/update your beneficiary designations in the enrolment website. Learn how to review/update your beneficiary designations for other benefits.
- Review your optional life insurance election. Use this calculator to help you determine how much life insurance you may need to protect your family’s financial well-being.
- If you have questions, call 833.411.5520 for the AECOM Benefits Service Centre, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
- If you are a new hire who joined AECOM between November 22 and December 31, 2024, you must enrol twice:
- Within 31 days of hire, to choose your benefits for 2024. Your coverage will be retroactive to your date of hire.
- After you elect your 2024 benefits, you will immediately be prompted to choose your 2025 benefits, and you will have one day to complete your enrolment.
- There will be an enrolment blackout period from December 19, 2024 – January 1, 2025. As a new hire, if you have not enrolled as of December 18, you will have the opportunity to enrol beginning January 2, 2025 for both 2024 and 2025 benefits.
Some things to keep in mind
- If you don’t enrol November 4–22, 2024, your current benefit choices will continue through 2025. Your annual spending account allocation will go into your Health Spending Account (HSA), not your Personal Spending Account (PSA). Money cannot be transferred between the accounts after Open Enrolment, so make your decision carefully.
- If you need to make changes after November 22, you can only change your health care module and disability benefits choices during the year within 31 days of a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, birth, adoption). You can update your optional insurance elections and beneficiary designations at any time during the year.
- Due to annual scheduled maintenance, the enrolment website will be temporarily unavailable December 19, 2024 – January 1, 2025.
